Varsity is an American cheerleading company that we worked on many projects for. Below, you will see event graphics, design campaigns for social media, and promotional concepts.
The Task:
Below are three different storyboard layouts and concepts for different types of assets. One is a logo endplate concept that would be used across many platforms and videos, transitioning and landing at the end of their branded videos.
There are also storyboard concepts for Varsity's Cheer and dance National Championship to be used to promote the event. These final videos were later converted to social proportions to be promoted there as well.
Problems Solved:
In multiple campaigns for Varsity, there arose an issue of needing to promote multiple competitions or events with different teams each week. This wound up amounting to many promotional videos and a lot of time spent. The solution was to create After Effects Templates for certain videos in order for other teams to easily be able to switch out text, colors, logos, etc. Most of the people using these did not know After Effects so we created tutorial videos along with an easy UI for them to navigate the project (essential graphics manager). This proved to be a huge success that streamlined hundreds of promotional videos without me having to edit them.
